Hello Brooks

On Saturday Jeff and I went to Snails Pace in Brea. After a quick jog in a pair of nuetral shoes, the sales associate declared I severly overpronate, so much that my knees turn in! She came out with 3 different pairs of shoes and after a few trial jogs in the store, I'm the owner of a new pair of Brooks Addiction 9's. Not the most attractive shoe but I have high hopes of it correcting my stride. Comparing it to the shoes I was running on before, my old Adidas were all wrong for me. No control at all, no wonder the bad knees. Cross your fingers, Jeff and I are running tomorrow!
