We have new neighbors!!!!
By brother and SIL just closed on their first house! And the best part, it’s only down the street from Jeff and I. I am now in close proximity to all FOUR of my nieces!!!!!!!
They got their keys tonight and drove down to show us their place.
Downstairs is the dining room, living room and kitchen.
Right off the kitchen is their back patio. Perfect for when Chloe comes to visit.

After our tour downstairs, we moved upstairs to look at the bedrooms and loft.

Even their courtyard is so cute. Right outside their house is a huge water fountain that Hailey instantly fell in love with.
