Christmas at Disneyland

Since our passes were about to be blacked out closer to Christmas we planned one more trip to Disneyland with C&C.  There were some things that came up so only Chad and Noelle joined us. 

We let Noelle pick which ride she wanted to go on first so we headed into Tomorrowland and onto the rockets.

We headed over to the Finding Nemo submarine ride-a first for Noelle! 

The girls loved it!  It’s pretty cool, just a tad bit long and a little cramped for adults.  After that we made our normal rounds through Fantasyland.  We ended up calling it a day around 11am since it started pouring rain! 

Give Thanks

We did our traditional Thanksgiving dinner at Nana’s and Tata’s again this year.  She had some cute decorations up.

You can’t see, but each of the below leaves had something we were thankful for.  Loved that idea!

Kenzie enjoyed her first Thanksgiving at the table, last year she was laying on the floor chilling!

One of the great things about purchasing the Picture People Rewards Club membership is during your 3rd visit, you get a free CD.  So all the pictures below were handed to me on a disc absolutely free!  Love that!

Disneyland at Night

Since we got our passes, we’ve been wanting to head to Disneyland in the evening to see everything lit up.  One Saturday we headed over as soon as it was getting dark and said we’d stay out until Kenz pooped out. 

Kenz napped on the way there and woke as soon as we got there.

My poor little girl was tired, but already looking at all the lights.

We got in and went straight to Fantasyland.  We were told Fantasyland was going to close soon due to the fireworks so we quickly jumped on the Carousal, Storybook Canals and the Casey Jr Train.  When we had headed into Fantasyland, one of the cast members mentioned going by Small World to watch the fireworks.  Kenz seemed to be ok so we headed over there once we were done with the rides.

We watched the fireworks, a surprise treat as we didn’t think we’d be there that late.  Then after fireworks, the park has “snow”, tons of bubbles.  Kenz wasn’t too happy about the fireworks, but loved the bubbles.  We headed out after that.  I’m so happy we got in one night trip with these passes!

A Random Weekend

Jeff went out of town for the weekend one November, it was the longest time he spent away from Kenz and the longest I’ve been alone with just her. 

I took lots of pictures that weekend to send to Jeff and below are a few.  Kenzie learned how to climb up her toy bins, all while holding a DVD.

That weekend she also started to throw full out temper tantrums, complete with laying down and licking the floor.  At one point she picked up her play phone and started having a conversation with “dada”.

Right before Jeff left, we picked her up a Merida costume which she insisted on wearing for most of the weekend.  Jeff came home to glitter everywhere!

We missed Jeff but was happy he got to get away for the weekend!
