One of the perks of traveling so much for work is that we go to northern California a lot. It worked out that I was there till Friday so Jeff joined me and we headed into San Francisco for the weekend.
When we drive through the city, I love that we go along the Embarcadero.
It so happened that last weekend was also Fleet Week in San Francisco. There were military men everywhere!
We arrived around lunch time and headed out for some sushi.
Afterwards we headed to where we were staying and you could see the jets flying over as they practiced for Saturday’s show.
Since we were eating a late dinner, we headed to Umami Burger for some fries. They are really known for their burgers (obviously) but we didn’t want to fill up too much. These fries were delicious and we are definitely making this stop for lunch when we go back.
And then dinner…
Yep, we tried to fit in as many food places as we could during our short time there.
