This weekend was a weekend of firsts! Brooklyn’s first kids race and then on Sunday, Jeff’s first Triathlon. Jeff and his friend Jack completed the Mission Bay Triathlon down in San Diego.
He had been training consistently for about the last month and was ready to swim, bike, run. Unfortunately I couldn’t make it down to San Diego to spectate but I got the below pictures throughout the day. His stuff set up at transition.
And then after the race with his finisher’s medal.
They finished 17th and 18th out of 24 in their age division. Pretty good for their first tri!
He’s already looking for the next one!
