This morning Jeff and I woke up early to get a run it. 3 miles completed in 36:01!
The run felt harder than last time and it wasn’t until after we finished that I realized why. Below is a breakdown of each mile.

Shortly after we got home, we had 2 visitors.
The nieces played for a bit and now Noellie is knocked out for a bit.
