Last week I signed Jeff and I up for our first 10k. We were really excited until exactly 3 minutes after putting in my credit card information, we realized Saturday had rain in the forecast.
A 6:30am start with a 70% chance of rain. That means, for approximately 1 hour and 20ish minutes I will be running in the rain. With soaked clothes and wet shoes.

We change our minds and skip the run. I can’t say we haven’t thought about it and depending on how hard the rain is coming down, we may just call this one a DNS.
