Happy New Year!!
Jeff and I rang in 2012 with friends! We started the evening early, around 6pm with dinner. Jeff and James had smoked some tri tip and it was their best one to date!
Since we had a lot of time to kill, Rebecca, Jeff and myself decided to play a card game. Admittedly it took a little long and Jeff was more than ready for it to be over with.
While we waited for the ball to drop, I played around with the fish lens on my camera. I’m still getting used to it. (My pictures are still coming up grainy…need to figure out how to fix that.) That’s James in the background…haha he does not look thrilled I interrupted their conversation to take a picture. 
Later in the evening Nate and Vanessa also came over and it was the six of us plus Rebecca’s brother counting down to 2012.
We made it all the way to midnight, I got my NYE kiss and then toasted with champagne.
Here’s to a fresh, new 2012. I can just tell it’s going to be epic.
