Yesterday we had a fun time hanging out watching the Chino Air Show.
People make a big deal when it comes to the air show. All along the road that runs parallel to the airport, people park their cars and set up pop ups to hang out all day. They barbeque and the ice cream carts come around…it’s a big deal!
Fortunately we live close enough that we can see part of the show from our house and decided to make a day of it. We joined some friends in our pool area to have a barbeque and enjoy the free to us show.
The planes did a lot of loops over our pool to set up for their next run. At one point a huge fighter jet kept flying around. I have to admit it was pretty loud and the niecies did not enjoy it.
A bit later, Hailey came over to spend time with her cousins. I have to say, I’m very impressed that Hailey is now POTTY TRAINED! Holla!
She had some fun being a swashbuckling pirate…until she decided to swashbuckle Kalea. We had to put a stop before someone started crying.

I really love the things the nieces come up with when they get together. I caught them dancing to one of the songs in Rapunzel. Specifically Kalea looks crazy…what kind of dancing moves are that???
We have had plans of watching the air show today too, but the unexpected rain may force us to go see this instead.
Oh yeah.
