All weekend Jeff has been talking about making chiliquilles. He had called up our favorite SIL and gotten Tata’s recipe from her, and made some slight variations.
I was initially nervous. My Tata always makes his with red sauce, but Jeff was set on making his with green sauce. I’m happy to report though, they were delicious!!
Hopefully they become a breakfast regular!
We have a couple of errands to run today, Target and Home Depot and then it’s time to clean the house. Where is Shannon when I need her???
