First thing first…Happy Birthday to my wonderful husband.

Monday was another big day of shopping for us. We first started with Ghirardelli to pick up some chocolate and take in their Christmas decorations.
And then drove along the piers towards the Ferry Building. I love going to the Ferry Building to taste all the local goodies.
The first stop we made was at Boccalone for our cone of meat. Last time we visited, Jeff got one and it was so good, we each got our own this time.
I had heard about a place that sold vegan and gluten free donuts, that looked so good. We found the vendor and I got a Meyer Lemon donut. Jeff and I both agreed it was pretty good for being vegan/gluten free.
Jeff stopped by the Meat Shop and picked up something for himself.
Our final stop (we go here every year) was Miette.
I decided to try my first Macaroon and picked out an espresso one.
Going in for the first bite…
LOL, and I did not enjoy it.
But the view outside of the Ferry Building was beautiful.
We decided to drive around the city for a bit.
And magically found ourselves in front of this place…
Chile Apple Pie for the win.
More exploring…
We had dinner at a local steakhouse and then called it a night.
